August 2014 Beauty Favorites | Becca Mineral Blush, MAC Mineralize, Sacha Cosmetics

Hey there beautiful girls! I was looking through blog posts that I have done over the past few months and realized I am  long overdue for a beauty favorites post. I know you ladies enjoy these because they are some of the highest performing blog posts on www.erikawyatt.com. As always, remember that you can shop these favorites below! As the saying goes here on my blog, anything pink is a link! :)

Onto the favorites...

MAC Mineralize Skinfinish in Dark Tan // Finally, MAC has introduced a MSF that is not too dark or took light for my skintone but literally matches me perfectly. Flash photography or no flash photography, this MSF  shade looks like SKIN on me. No one can ever tell that I am wearing powder using this shade. I have long been a fan of the MAC MSFs but the new shades are perfect for those of us who were always in between shades.

MAC Lip Pencil in Magenta // The most perfect pink lip liner. It blends flawlessly with my MAC Flat Out Fabulous Lipstick.

MAC Lip Pencil in Magenta with MAC Show Orchid lipstick
MAC Mineralize Concealer in NC45 // Creamy, photographs beautifully and covers like a dream without causing a breakout on my sensitive, acne-prone skin. I set this concealer with my next favorite so that it does not move!

Sacha Kamaflage Setting Powder in Buttercup // Finally I have discovered a setting powder (through a recommendation from Jackie aka MakeupGameOnPoint) that sets my concealer without making me look like a ghost in photos with flash. It doesn't crease. It doesn't flash back. It is a dream come true in a setting powder. I love my Ben Nye Banana Powder but man does it flash back in photos! Nobody has time for that!

Becca Mineral Blush in Songbird // One word - AMAZING! I purchased this blush a few months ago shortly after I purchased my favorite Becca highlighter. The shade of this blush blends so beautifully with my skin tone. Not to mention, the formula makes it easy to apply whether you want the blush to stand out or are going for a less defined cheek. Check out Songbird in action with the below photos. In these photos, I am also wearing the MAC Mineralize Concealer, MSF and the Sacha Setting Powder.

Bond No. 9 New York High Line Eau de Parfum // One of the perfumes in my collection that has been getting more love as of late. I have been keeping this perfume and the Marc Jacobs Daisy Dream in heavy rotation.

Please share some of your favorites for the month of August or even the first days of September! I would love to be able to shop your favorites!
